These days, success in the publishing game is all about self-promotion. FPA’s Spring Fling Do It Yourself (DIY) conference will focus on ways to market and promote yourself and your book(s) inexpensively in order to make money! You do not have to be a self-published author to benefit from our DIY approach. Whether you’re at the manuscript stage, have a publisher, or have independently published your book(s), you will benefit from our hands-on workshops. Expert speakers will lead you through the processes step by step, so you can do it yourself when you get home.
Attendees are not required to be members of FPA. But FPA is offering the discounted member rate of $75 (normally $100) to join the organization or renew your membership if you join/renew with your Spring Fling registration. You’ll love our informative monthly newsletter, display opportunities at FAME and the Florida Library Association meeting, our book award program, and discounts on your IPBA and SPAN memberships.
Vendors are welcome too! For the price of admission to the Spring Fling conference, you get the opportunity to set up a display of your company’s wares for attendees to peruse during the event, and you may attend all of the speakers’ presentations as well. If you can’t attend, you can still get your materials in front of our attendees. You can provide a door prize, sponsor a meal or break, or you can pay $50 and we’ll place your printed promotions in the attendees’ welcome packets. But that’s not all! We offer a discounted vendor membership/renewal rate of $125 (regularly $150) if you join or renew with your Spring Fling registration. We want to keep your costs down in hopes that you’ll pass your savings along to our members. TO REGISTER NOW ONLINE, CLICK HERE.
